ASSEMBLY PLANTS - CO-INVESTMENT PROGRAM

In order to respond to the 120,000 requests of Mini-plants per year from 240 countries, SCINET implemented a worldwide network of small Assembly plants to be installed in the location, country or region of the world where needed to manufacture Production Mini-Plants in series housed in portable containers.

ContainerEach Assembly Plant has the capacity to produce various types of portable production plants, as different as: Bakeries, Water purification, Dehydrated food elaboration, Steel Nails, Welding Electrodes, Tire Retreading, Reinforcement Bar Bending for Construction Framework, Sheeting for Roofing, Ceilings and Facades, Plated Drums, Aluminum Buckets, Injected Polypropylene Housewares, Pressed Melamine Items (Glasses, Cups Plates, Mugs, etc.), Mufflers, Construction Electrically Welded Mesh Plastic Bags and Packaging, Medical assistance mobile units, Sanitary Material (Hypodermic Syringes, Haemostatic Clamps, etc), Latex products for medical and domestic use... and other 700 production systems.

SCINET position is that, for economic reasons as well as for those of cost and social impact, the appropriate policy is to install assembly plants in countries and regions where they are needed and, to the extent possible, make use of local resources, local labor, certain local suppliers and local equipment, grants as well as national and international help funds, and creation of competitive production infrastructure and employment.

The prototype Assembly Plant has an area of 4,000 square meters (m2) with an average installation and operations start-up cost (depending upon the country) of US$6,400,000 dlls. It has a production capacity of 12 Mini-plants per day, that is, 2,640 units per year, and an annual invoice of US$116.0 Million.

SCINET participates with 50% in the investment of each Plant. In regards to the possible Partners, we will be more inclined to select those within the Industrial Business. The model of our Co-Investment Program is set in such a way that the local partner takes priority and has the exclusive right to provide their own products and services. For this reason, we would welcome those partners who will be interested in participating because of their line of business related to the needs of raw materials, products or services needed by the Assembly Plant to produce the Mini-Plants (containers, transport, equipment needed for the production, services, etc.).
